Bon Sushi began at a potluck dinner. A guest brought sushi they had prepared — not to impress, but simply to share.
Behind it was a chef with years of experience in fast-paced kitchens across Korea and Australia.
The response was instant: “Why doesn’t Regina have sushi like this?” That question became Bon Sushi.
We age our salmon.
Most places choose convenience. We choose quality — even when it’s harder. Our salmon is carefully aged for better texture and flavour. It takes more effort, but you can taste the difference.
Sushi made for people who don’t usually eat sushi.
We know not everyone in Regina loves raw fish — and we didn’t ignore that.
So we designed our menu to make sushi easier to enjoy. From torched rolls with rich, smoky flavours to house-made sauces and comforting hot dishes, there’s always a way in.
You don’t need to be a sushi expert to enjoy Bon Sushi — just curious.
Great sushi doesn’t need to be overpriced
When we compared our costs to other sushi spots in Regina, we were surprised.
We could have priced higher, like many places do. But we chose to price based on real costs — not market hype.
Great sushi shouldn’t feel intimidating or reserved for special occasions. At Bon Sushi, you’re paying for quality, experience, and care — nothing more.

Bon Sushi isn’t meant to be rushed. For now, we’re offering pickup and delivery only — not because it’s easier, but because we want to do it right.
Our kitchen standards are high, and we’d rather take our time than offer an experience we’re not proud of.

A. Yes, but not just yet. For now, we’re offering pickup and delivery only while we fine-tune our kitchen and team. We want your first dine-in experience to be something we’re truly proud of.
Q2. I’m not a big fan of raw fish. Is Bon Sushi for me?
A. Absolutely. Our menu includes torched rolls, cooked options, ramen, and comforting hot dishes designed to make sushi approachable for everyone.
Q3. Do you take phone orders?
A. At the moment, we recommend ordering online through our pickup and delivery platforms for the smoothest experience. Walk-in orders are welcome too!
