Vegetarian & gluten-free
What you can eat at Bon Sushi if you skip meat or gluten, with honest notes about our shared kitchen.
Vegetarian
At Bon Sushi, vegetarian means no meat, fish or shellfish. Some vegetarian dishes still contain egg or dairy, so check the Contains line on each one.
Veggie Tempura is not listed here because the dipping sauce is made with bonito dashi. Fried items share one fryer.
Gluten-free on request
These dishes can be made gluten-free when you ask. We use gluten-free teriyaki and soy sauce for them. Our regular teriyaki contains wheat, so please tell your server before you order.
Good to know
Is the kitchen allergen-free?
No. We handle wheat, egg, soy, sesame, peanuts, fish, shellfish and dairy in the same kitchen, and fried items share one fryer. We cannot promise there is no cross-contact, so tell your server about any allergy and we will do our best to look after you.
Where do I find allergens for each dish?
On the menu page. Every dish shows what it contains, based on our recipes.
Do you have vegetarian sushi in Regina?
